the september happening.
three beautiful souls came for our first ever wine for Jesus event, at uncorked…a charming east side venue.
jacob, jessica and myself gathered for story time over pasta, wine and a little local taste. the evening transitioned into mostly storytelling; where we’ve been, where we’re going, what we are seeking, and what we are not seeking. we talked through a scriputre in jeremiah, that seems to certainly fall on our own deaf ears and answered questions inspired by each another.
we dialogued about rosarys and church buildings, college, russia and politics. i think it’s safe to say that the conversation was free. (as in open, but i suppose if you don’t count the price of food and drink, and the whole time factor, then, yes in a sense it cost us nothing.)
all in all, i’d say this was a great evening, the only thing missing was…well, you.
